More than 800 people were seen enjoying themselves at the fancy fete held at Fatima Nursery and Primary School, R. A. Puram held this past weekend. 14 food and game stalls were set up.
The coordinator Pauline Gomez says, “Most of the students who study here are very poor. They come from Srinivasapuram and other areas, their parents are fishermen and auto drivers. We wanted them to have some fun. We didn’t raise too much, but we hope we will be able to use it to buy a computer”.
