What better way to highlight the need to study law than to organise a legal symposium? And that is exactly what the staff and students of Chettinad Vidyashram did. They were hosts to an inter school event held on July 5 at the school campus.
Case laws, regulations and conventions on various topics including dowry laws, combating climate change and regionalism were just some of the issues discussed here. A mime was held too, to highlight important legal concerns.
The chief guest was Dr. N. S. Santhosh and the guest of honour was Dr. Vincent Comaraj. The panel of judges comprised three advocates and an assistant professor.
