Take your children on a Heritage Walk of Mylapore’s temples. INTACH’s Chennai Chapter is hosting this
Walk on Sunday, June 4 ; it is led by scholar-historian Dr. Chithra Madhavan. It will cover Sri Kapali Temple and a few temples dedicated to lord Vishnu, in this area. The group will explore the temples only from the outside.
The Walk is free. Start point – Giri Trading store, Sannidhi Street (near east gopuram of Sri Kapali Temple). On June 4, 6.30 am onwards (for 90mins). Parents of children can also join the Walk. Pre-registration not required.
