Autos with loudspeakers announce guidelines for public safety during the Panguni fest

An auto fitted with loudspeakers and a Kapaleecharam banner has been making rounds in the area this morning. The recording playing on the speakers advises devotees to follow proper practises while distributing food, throwing away garbage and how to keep their belongings safe during the upcoming busy weekend of the Panguni fest. This is an effort by NGO Kapaleecharam.
