Former TN chief minister O. Pannerselvam is launching ‘Amma Kalviyagam’ which its promoters say is a ‘free online education portal that will facilitate self-development of the youth by developing their skills and increasing their employability.
The launch was due on March 1 morning at O. Panneerselvam’s residence on Greenways Road.
The portal is being launched to mark the 69th birthday celebrations of late J. Jayalalithaa.
