Students at two schools had a memorable celebration for Pongal this year.
At Bamboola Play School, R. A. Puram, more than 25 toddlers came dressed in traditional attire.
They then sang songs and danced while the pongal was being prepared by the staff there.
Later, the pongal was distributed to the children, teachers and all the visitors.
At Ekadaksha Learning Center, the special children participated in games and enjoyed sweet pongal. Teachers too participated in a bun eating contest.
