The Rotary Club of Madras East (RI Dist 3230), as a part of its vocational service avenue, recently provided equipments worth Rs. 5.5 lakh to the Polytechnic College at Ramakrishna Mission Students’ Home.
The donations were made by Dr. T. N. Krishnaswamy and Janaki Ammal Charitable Trust, Mylapore (Rs. 4 lakhs) and by the Rotary Club (Rs 1.50 lakhs). About 200 students in each course will be benefited through the new apparatus.
