The 12th edition of Bharat Sangeet Utsav, organised by Carnatica and Sri Parthasarathy Swami Sabha, will be held from Nov 2 to 11 at Narada Gana Sabha, Alwarpet. The festival will be inaugurated on Nov 2 and will feature a bhajan sankeerthan by Kuldeep Pai and child artiste Sooryagayatri. Later a thematic concert will be held by Sudha Raghunathan and pianist Anil Srinivasan along with 200 children.
Several other leading artistes like Dr. Umayalpuram K. Sivaraman, Dr. Nithayshree Mahadevan, P. Unnikrishnan, Aruna Sairam, Sriranjani Santhanagopalan, Sikkil Gurucharan and several others will be performing at this festival.
