P. S. Matriculation Higher Secondary School celebrated their 27th annual sports day at the school campus recently. Dr. Jyothi Dayanandhan, associate professor, YMCA college of physical education presided over the function and distributed the prizes and trophies.
The event started off with the march past. The torch bearing ceremony marked the inauguration followed by the hoisting of the sports flag by the chief guest. Later students participated in demonstration drills and a pyramid formation which left the audience spellbound.
