Police have arrested two people for making and selling fake community certificates at bunk shops opposite the Mylapore tahsildar’s office in R. A. Puram.
Police said that a Teynampet-based broker and a woman at a local stationery shop indulged in this crime and had been at it for some years now.
The Revenue Dept. lodged a complaint and the two were arrested. They had ben selling these certificates from the shop near the tahsildar’s office near the Greenways Road MRTS station.
