Professor Madhusudhanan Kalaichelvan is delivering a lecture titled “Kaliyan Kanda Kannapuram”, a multi media presentation on the colourful journey of Thirumangai aazhwar to the divine shrine of Thirukannapuram expressing his love and devotion towards the Lord. The presentation will throw light on some very rare details about the temple, history, mythology, art & architecture, the inner meanings of the songs, video clips of festivities, temple traditions and more. The presentation will be supported with musical rendition of select pasurams, set to tune by Padma Sugavanam and her party.
The program is scheduled for the Aug 17, Wednesday at 6 p.m. at Arkay Convention Centre, R. H. Road, Luz.
