Chennai Corporation, working with Tamil Nadu Arasu Cable TV Corporation, may offer WiFi at selected parks in the city. This comes as a follow-up to Chief minister J. Jayalalithaa’s promise to provide such facilities ahead of the assembly elections. The service may be up and running before the local body polls to be held soon. A park measuring 12 acres along the Marina may also be considered for this action.
