Fans of the celebrated music director late M S Vishwanathan are giving the final touch to their plans to remember the maestro on his first death anniversary which falls on July 14.
The fans propose to visit MSV’s house on DeMonte Street in San Thome, garland a portrait here and then move to a home for the aged next door to hold a medical check-up camp and then serve lunch to the residents here.
A few more events have been planned locally and across the city.
MSV lived in different places in the neighborhood before settling down in San Thome, where now a granite signboard on the wall of the residence marks his name in bold; this can be seen as you travel south on San Thome High Road.
