Theatre Of Maham (TOM) is launching its fourth Tamil play ‘E. Va. Ka’. Endhiya Vakalar Katchi (aka) Elichavayan Vakalar Katchi, E.Va.Ka, is a political satire, similar to the 1971 Tamil comedy film, Muhammad bin Thughlaq. Madhuvanthi Arun and Sureshwar play the lead roles. The story and dialogues are penned by G Radhakrishnan.
The inaugural play will be staged on Friday, May 20, at 6:30 p.m. at Narada Gana Sabha, followed by May 21, 22 and 29 at P.S. Senior Secondary School at 4 and 7 p.m.; on May 28 at Mylapore Fine Arts at 6:30 p.m. For details call 9884048738.
