“Warning: I have an extra chromosome and I know how to use it” – these were the words on one of the placards held by a student of V- Excel Educational Trust, R. A. Puram at a walk held on April 2 to mark Autism Day.
About 60 special students took part in this event which was held to spread awareness about autism. The students, accompanied by their parents, teachers and staff, covered a distance of more than a km before getting back to their school campus.
