This is a picture of a first response bike-ambulance being tried out now by the government. The cold storage box behind the bike contains emergency supplies and first aid medication. When a call goes through to 108, these bikes are deployed first, for non-emergent situations. The personnel administer first aid and then assess the situation. If needed, the regular ambulances are then requested by them.
