At Sree Karpagavalli Vidyalaya, Mylapore the guest of honour – Mythili Muralidharan, director, women empowerment, Rotary International Dist 3230 will hoist the national flag. V. Krishna Kumar, president, District 324A1, Lions Club of Madras, Teynampet, is the chief guest. S. Karnaprakasam, zone chairperson, will distribute the prizes to the school students. A special cultural programme will be put up the students of the school. At East Mada Street, Mylapore, 9 a.m.
