A medical camp is to be held on Sunday 13th December at the Corporation Park at Central Avenue in Kesavaperumalpuram, in aid of the about 3,000 families displaced there. Volunteer doctors will be vaccinating and treating affected people.
Encourage people you know, household help and their families to attend, to see if they need TT, typhoid or Hepatitis A shots, says a note posted online by the community hosts.
You can also help by sponsoring the vaccines. The cost of vaccinating one person works out to about Rs.800 for all three diseases. Your contribution to this can help vaccinate more people.
