Nadasangamam, which has been conducting workshops and lecdems on music and the annual residential workshop at Thennangur, is planning a bhajan workshop in October. Sri Udayalur Kalyanaraman, a practitioner of the Bhajana Sampradaya tradition, will talk about the significance of the bhajana tradition and will teach the participants a few compositions from the bhajana repertoire.
The workshop will be held at Narada Gana Sabha Alwarpet on Oct 3, 10 a.m. onwards. Registrations are on a first come first serve basis. For details contact 24993201.
