Badrid seems to be a quiet celebration in the Mylapore neighborhood. Prayers were held at dawn in local mosques, with a large community attending them at the Jumma Masjid on Kutchery Road, Mylapore. We spotted this group of youths on Bazaar Road catching up after morning prayers.
