About 50 devotees have assembled at Muthumariamman Temple at Alwarpet Street Junction to participate in the Chandi homam festivities which started at 7.30 p.m. today (Aug 11).
The event will continue till 9.30 p.m. today and will resume tomorrow morning at 8 a.m. About 16 priests from all over Chennai, headed by the chief priest R. Natarajan, will be participating in the event.
After the homam tomorrow, a special aradhanai for the diety and an annadhanam will be held. For details contact 9444072036
