Special celebrations have been planned for Vaikasi Pournami at Nandalala Temple, Mylapore. On June 2, mangoes will be used to please the presiding deity – Sri Bhuvanaraja Ganapathy.
The event starts off with a special abhisekham for the diety at 7.30 a.m. followed by Sandana Kappu at 6.30 p.m. A mambazham (mango) archanai will also be held in the morning and evening.
