Civic-minded Mylaporeans are planning to create a forum to highlight the neighborhood’s serious and key civic issues, discuss them, bring them to the notice of the agencies and act as a ginger group. In this direction, a meeting is to be held at the Chess Square inside Nageswara Rao Park, Luz on Sunday 22nd March 2015 at 4 pm.
Sridhar Venkataram, the prime mover of this meet says that since the Mylapore police has encouraged public participation in providing ideas for resolving traffic problems, a small group of like-minded people must meet, list core issues and start a dialogue with the police and see that some issues are addressed.
Those interested to lend a hand and pitch in for longterm participation are welcome to the meet, an informal one.
