On October 5, culinary expert Sara Koshy will demonstrate how to cook up some vegetarian appetizers like vegetable spring rolls, crispy potato patties, mushroom and cheese mini tarts, and falafels. Participants have to pay a fee of Rs. 1000 to join the workshop. They also get to taste and take away the demo dishes after the session.
