The Madras Book Club in association with Rotary Club of Madras South will be releasing a book titled “Vivaha Samskara” by Dr. V. R. Anil Kumar on Sep 2 at 6.30 p.m. Former Central Vigilance Commissioner – N. Vittal will release the book. The first copy will be received by Dr. S.
