Shruthi Sridhar of P. S. Senior Secondary School, Mylapore was awarded the silver medal at the International Olympiad for Astronomy and Astrophysics held from Aug 1 – 10 at Suceava, Romania. She was one among five members selected to represent the country. The selection camp was held at Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education, Mumbai in May/June of this year.
