A rowdy residing in Abhiramapuram was hacked to death on Friday night ( Oct.4). Local police say that he was murdered after he left his house. A gang is suspected to be behind this crime.
Some weeks ago, a gang hacked to death a doctor who consulted at Billroth Hospitals in R A Puram outside the hospital campus for a property dispute. Mylapore rarely witnesses bloody murders on its streets.
In recent history, gang wars have taken place in an area located behind the CitiCentre shopping mall.
