Mylapore Police Station has a new Law and Order Inspector. K. Mohandass (42) has taken charge of this post.
A native of Trichy, he was previously Inspector at the Kumara Nagar station near Udhayam Theatre for the last 2 years.
“My first major assignment in this neighbourhood is maintaining law and order during the upcoming Panguni fest,” he says.
