The police have arrested Manivannan former ex- councillor of PMK and a Mylaporean on Monday. He was charged for murdering his daughter’s boy friend, Bilal on March 14.
The police have also seized a car and a hunt is on for four others.
Bilal was kidnapped in a omni van and was stabbed to death. His body was dumped at Sringeri Mutt Road near MRTS Station.
